Order Placement

Placing an order means acceptance of store polices and terms and conditions.

You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Sales tax will be added to purchase price only for delivery to residents of the state of Connecticut.

Payment Options:

We accept Master Card and Visa credit cards, money orders and checks. Your credit card will be charged on day of shipment.

For payments by check, Master Card or VISA, please send as an e-mail mandy@mandyspurses.com with your name, shipping address, daytime and evening number and item number of purse. DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER IN YOUR E-MAIL.  This is for your protection.  We will ask for your credit card number when we call you. Shipments made by check will be shipped upon clearance notification from bank.

Shipping:

Free Shipping for Order over $150.00 via Priority Mail.

All merchandise is sent via United States Postal Service.  We ship within 48 hours after confirmation of your order, Monday through Saturday.  Express shipping is available for an additional charge of $10.00 per item ordered.

If you select shipment to two or more different addresses, shipping and handling charges will be added for each shipment seperate.

Priority Mail Rates:

• $0.00 to $50.00 = $9.95
• $50.01 to $100.00 = $11.95
• $100.01 to $150.00 = $13.95 including insurance.

Return Policy:

At Mandy's Purses andOther Good Things, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of all our merchandise.  It is important to is that you are both happy and 100% satisfied with any items purchased from us.  If the purse does for any reason not meet your expections upon arrival, you may return unused item(s) in their original condition with tags attached for an exchange or refund within 7 days. Used items cannot be accepted for exchange or refund.  Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

To return at item(s), you MUST contact as via e-mail at mandy@mandyspurses.com and ask for a return authorization number.  Please include your telephone number and the best time to reach you.  We will than call you to get the infomation we need and your credit card number.  For your privacy and secuirty do not send us your credit card number by e-mail.  Items returned  without a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside package will be returned to the customer unopened. Return authorization numbers expire seven days after issuance. Packages returned after 7 days will be returned unopened.

International Orders

We gladly ship internationally and orders are by mutual agreement. Shipping charges will vary from country to country.  Any type of import duty and clearing charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
